What we have done
The first pastor we identified was Andreas Jimenez who is married to an indigenous and was sent by his church Iglesia Bautista Prado Centro to Cristiania to work as a missionary in this community. We raised some funds from Christian well wishers and our church and bought him a bike to help him with transport in 2015

Andreas now lives in the community and is working with some youth evangelizing the community. He also has links with Wycliffe Bible School. He has been involved in translating the bible into Embera. The new testament in Embera has now been completed. They are now involved in a discipleship program with the school.
The second pastor that we supported is Pastor Fabio Mahecha who was pastoring an indigenous community in San Jose del Guaviare with a bike as well in October 2019. He has since moved and is now pastoring in another village called Inirida Guainia.
